The moon hangs
loosely
On the top of the mountain
Throwing it's silver silky span to the earth
Floating on the water
Creating a moonlight bridge
Inviting
waiting for me

I wander to the bright light
The moon is still there

The willow leaves dances with the wind
The moon bridge wiggles it's span with the waves

Fascinated
I step on the bridge
Through the cloud
I float up to the sky
The Angel's Carol emerges from nowhere
I am overwhelmed
In paradise
As far as I go
It's still too far
It seems
Closer to the moon
I am teased

It's near
Within my reach

as I get closer
It becomes farther

I walk for along time
The destination
